Jeff Lewis was born and raised in Norman, OK. Jeff’s mom introduced
him to the powerful music of southern gospel such as The Hinsons,
The Cathedrals, The Inspirations, The Happy Goodman Family, The
Blackwood Brothers, The Statesman, The Stamps, and many more. His
dad, then gave Jeff his first Elvis Presley record. It was this
combination that influenced Jeff the most when he began singing in
church at only 9 years old. In March of 1977, he saw Elvis Presley
live at the Lloyd Noble Center in Norman. This proved to be one of
the most influential moments of Jeff’s life.
Jeff moved to Nashville where he continued his career as a studio
singer, songwriter, and performer.
In 2007, Jeff joined Dean Hall and started the Hillbilly Bastards.
They are now one of the most popular college bands in the entire
southeast. It was around this time that the influence of seeing
Elvis Presley live in concert in 1977 finally came full circle. . It
was this show that Jeff decided to turn his passion for the music of
Elvis Presley into an exciting Elvis Tribute Artist career.
Jeff continues to write and tour the USA and the entire world
singing, acting and performing the great music of Elvis Presley.
