Mike is perhaps better known as "Elvis" in and around the
Fredericton area. His tribute shows have taken him all over New
Brunswick, and into Nova Scotia, Maine, New York, Wisconsin, Quebec,
and southern Ontario. He has won many awards in the last few years
for his tribute to Elvis, including the People's Choice Award in
Montreal Quebec (2006 and 2007), as well as placing in the top 3 at
the world's largest "Elvis Tribute Artist Festival" held annually in
Collingwood Ontario (2005, 2006, 2007). He placed 2nd at the 1st
annual "Inspirational Elvis" contest also held in Collingwood. Mike
has also been a Grand Finalist at "Images Of The King" 2007 held in
Memphis Tennessee.
Mike is able to recreate the energy and innocence of Elvis' 50's,
60's performances as well as the rockin', bluesy feel of Elvis'
Vegas years. Mike has a minimum of 2 costume changes for his shows
and passes out scarves, teddy bears and Hawaiian leis as a part of
his act.
