1. Elvis And ETA fans: Please do NOT call the number and fill up our
voice mails with messages asking to contact and ETA or Find out their
schedule we have OUR schedule on the website where you possibly could
see your favorite ETA but we will NOT give out personal information
about any of our members including websites and schedules

2. Non EEN Members and or ETA's: Please do NOT use the booking
number or emails to simply talk to one of our board members, again
this isn't a social network it's a booking agency for fans and
individuals to contact us and hire an entertainer for their event. If
you have questions for board members you can contact us via our
facebook pages individually.

3. Professional Entertainers : All of our members are professional
entertainers and do NOT do singing telegrams or anything that would
disrespect Elvis
.
4. Booking Info: Most of our entertainers have their own sound
equipment to satisfy your event given the information correctly and
filled out on our request and entertainer forms.

5. Booking An ETA: Some but not all of our entertainers only have this
for a job so when you request an ETA please understand and be willing
to discuss your budget for the event you are planning and take into
account things such as gas & mileage, setting up and tearing down
their system and again the fact that this is all they do for a living
when we discuss pricing.

6. Active EEN Members and NON EEN ETA's: Please when you have a
question in regards to an event or scheduled show contact Jesse Aron
as he is musical director for our events and he will give you all the
information needed, and understand the other board members such as
Ronny and Nance may not have the answers you need based on their role
in the event.

7. EEN applicants, please be sure when you apply to the network you
have a website or YouTube videos we can reference to make our
decisions easier when you apply to the network and also understand we
get many applications daily and we will get to yours in time and give
you an answer so there is no need to keep emailing asking if we got
your application, we have and will will answer your apps in an orderly
fashion based on our schedules and holidays.

8. Contest Applications: These will be filled out in advance or at our
events for all ETA's and entry money collected before you step on
stage to compete in any of our competitions. Cash or Money Orders only
please! ( See Applications For Entry Fee's as They May Vary Depending
on the contest producer)

9. Back Stage: Only ETA's and 1 guest will be allowed back stage at
events, there is to much going on to have any interference from fans
and family members behind the scenes, All ETA's are availible for
pictures and autographs after their performance at their leisure so be
patient and DO not ask a organizer or board member to go and see if an
ETA can come out for pictures or autographs we can assure you they
will when they can.

10. Managers: All ETA's will be treated with the same respect as the
next, we will not give special treatment to any ETA based on a
managers request, managers will be allowed but we ask that YOU take
care of your ETA and assure we will do the same on our end equally
among all the guys and or girls....
