Listen to Travis
Morris sing and you drift back in time to the early days of Rock and
Roll when Elvis® Presley was changing the direction of music for all
time. Close your eyes and let Travis' wonderful voice bring you images
of sock-hops, poodle skirts, and hot rods. His uncanny resemblance to a
young Elvis® and his ability to duplicate the distinctive movement make
Travis a crowd pleaser in every sense.
Travis began his career in October of 1993 in the Steppenwolf Theater production of Steve Martin's stage play, "Picasso at the Lapin Agile." Travis, as the "singer" (Elvis®), traveled back in time to give Picasso and Einstein a glimpse of the future, and was also the focal point of the play. Travis is an original cast member of the first production of this play. The play ran for 6 months and was finally forced out because of theater scheduling. A year later, Travis would find himself singing to an audience of 3000 in an "Elvis® Birthday Tribute" at the Holiday Star Theatre in Merrillville, Indiana. |
| From that point
on, it was a meteoric ride for Travis culminating in his spectacular 1st
place victory in 1998 at the Images of Elvis® World Impersonator Contest
held in Memphis. Travis is much in demand to entertain at both private
and corporate functions
Travis is also a member of the American Trilogy. This group presents a musical journey through the life of Elvis® Presley. The show is electrifying and leaves its audiences screaming for more. |
